Supply Manager

We are looking for a Supply Manager for an international company in Lund. The Supplier Management team is responsible for ensuring that there is a high performing supplier base and clear category strategies covering all the company's businesses, Packaging, Processing and Service.

In the role as Supply Manager you will work in close collaboration with our category leaders and supply managers, business stakeholders, our different supplier management functions and our suppliers. You will be supporting one or more of our global supply categories, including being responsible for a number of suppliers. You will perform spend and market analysis, support stakeholders as well as manage supplier contracts and performance.

Your daily tasks may include:
Secure supply from defined suppliers
Support and perform sourcing and management of suppliers (smaller)
Drive supplier performance improvements, focusing on quality, lead time and cost
Coordinate supplier scorecard updating
Establish agendas for defined suppliers
Perform spend analysis at category and supplier levels
Secure our savings data, planned and achieved, is always up to date and accurate
Manage blocked invoices in our SAP system
Manage pricelist updates
Support other supply managers in their daily management of our suppliers
Prepare negotiation data
Support/Manage introduction part of new generation components
Support definition, implementation and execution of category strategies


Required skills:
Experience in Supplier Management or equivalent
Contracting and supplier base management
Program/project management, preferably global or international

Analytical capabilities

Flexibility
Fluency in English, Swedish is a merit.


This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Lund, 1 year assignment to begin with, possibility of extension after that. Please note starting date is ASAP!
