Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Supply Manager that will drive purchasing activities in the different categories within indirect material and services purchases.

In this role you will be a key player and have the opportunity to build long term relationships both internally and externally. Your work will include a large part of coordination with our suppliers and our different stakeholders within the organisation. You will be responsible for supplier management activities and your result will be impacting our efficiency and ability to achieve cost savings. To succeed in the role you will need to have a good business understanding and ability to develop good stakeholder relationship.


Main responsibilities

- Drive sourcing and contracting activities including writing and negotiating agreements
- Be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies
- Reponsible for cost, quality, delivery and service performance
- Overall supplier base management
- Drive accuracy of master data on suppliers, contracts and materials


Qualifications

To be successful in this role you need to have a strong drive to achieve results and good networking skills. You have the capability to work independently but you also like to work and contribute in a team. You are customer focused and prefer to work in a structured way. You have an outstanding solid purchasing experience and you are an excellent negotiator.

We believe that you have university degree in engineering or business administration and at least 5 years work experience. Good knowledge in IT systems is a merit in this position. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required both verbal and written.
