Are you a business oriented team player and ready to develop within Supply Management?

We are looking for a new team member open to grow, learn and develop within Supply Management. In this role you will work closely with our suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will be a part of a highly skilled team where your role is to both support and drive your own activates. You will be responsible for a number of suppliers and also take active part in drive new ideas into products.

In this role you will work across the company, requiring close collaboration with all involved organisations from Development to Product Management and Technical Service.


The position is based in Lund, Sweden.


Main responsibilities

-Drive and develop Supplier Relationship Management
-Coordinate and structure daily business
-Support and lead negotiations and preparation
-Drive Quality, Cost and Delivery performance for your suppliers
-Stakeholder Management



Qualifications

We are looking for a driven, self going candidate with great networking skills. Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities enable you to easily interact cross borders. You also have solid business awareness as well as the passion to do business. To build and maintain sucessful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you.

You have a strong drive to reach the objectives within your areas of responsibility. Furthermore you are motivated by building and implementing new ways of working and are open to change.

Your professional background is within Supply Management. We also value experience in project management and a structured approach. You have a University degree within Business Administration or similar. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
