Tetra Pak is the world's leading company for food processing and packaging solutions.
Tetra Pak Processing Systems sells and delivers customised liquid food plants within food, dairy & beverage industry to customers worldwide. We supply our solutions through a worldwide network of market companies.
Global Supply Management (GSM) within Tetra Pak Processing Systems is responsible for the supplier base for Processing Solutions globally.
We are now looking for two Supply Managers who will work with some of the biggest supplier in Tetra Pak Processing Systems supplier base.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden and requires travelling of up to 30 days per year.
Main responsibilities
- Be a central part of the Global Supply Management
- Prepare and perform commercial and legal negotiations
- Drive external supply chain performance projects and activities
- Develop and maintain price models
- Interface towards clients and suppliers in several areas
- Improve and develop supplier portfolio together with Product Managers and Purchasing category leaders
Qualifications
We believe that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to network with stakeholders on all levels through your informal authority and diplomatic skills.
To be successful in this role you need to possess a good business understanding as well as a strong personal drive. You combine good analytical skills with strong personality to reach business objectives.
You have a university degree in Business Administration or Engineering together with several years of work experience which includes supply chain, production, logistics, controlling or other relevant areas connected to supplier management.
Experience from the dairy industry is seen as a merit. For the position, excellence in spoken and written English and MS Office is a must. Experience of SAP R/3 is valuable.
