Do you want to develop your strategic sourcing capabilities in the area of procurement of services?

We are looking for a Supplier Manager Marketing and Communications to strengthen our Global IMS team. The Global IMS team drives end-to-end strategic sourcing and supplier base strategies for Marketing and Communications, HR and Professional Services, Maintenance/Repair/Operations (MRO) and Facility Management. This is done in close cooperation with our business stakeholders as well as our Cluster SuM organisations.


In your global role, you will perform spend analysis, execute sourcing projects and implement and manage contracts. You will have Marketing or Communications as your area of expertise in the team and your main targets will be to achieve cost reduction, drive supplier consolidation and build business partnership.


The position is based in Lund and includes 10% travelling


Main responsibilities

- Supporting Global Category Leader within Marketing and Communications
- Sourcing strategy implementation
- Create and manage sourcing and contract management projects
*Cost/spend analysis
*Drive supplier selections (RfI/RfQ)
*Lead commercial negotiations
*Provide legally secured con-tracts
- Supplier Performance Management
- Contract and Compliance management


Qualifications

We are looking for a driven, analytical candidate with business mindset who wants to develop further within strategic sourcing.

Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities enable you to easily interact cross borders between sourcing, internal customers and suppliers.

We believe you have a university degree and experience from end-to end sourcing and contracting of services, preferably Marketing or Communication services.


You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
