WHTLM & BPE Manager Nordics
WHTLM:
Accountable for the management and performance of the Nordic third party logistic providers by proactively managing and directing all aspects of the relationship for Pharma, Consumer Health and Radiology in the Nordics aligned to the strategy set by global WHTLM, developing a successful, collaborative working relationship.
Manage and control performance, cost and capacity of our 3PL partners in the Nordics. Contribute to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with internal and external customers
Be responsible & Subject matter expert for Export Control and Custom related topics in the Nordics
Contribute to contract negotiations with our 3PL’s in the region



BPE:
To provide operational and technical support to the O2C & SCM function, by being accountable for leading relevant local O2C & SCM projects related to areas of system and process development in order to drive continuous improvement alongside managing the demand of required process changes cascaded by Customers and O2C/SCM Global Process Owners
(GPO) to ensure effective end to end processes.
From a systems and process perspective act as the interface to the GPO’s, O2C& SCM intelligence teams, SSCDN and local stakeholders within the organization.
To operate as a Key User within the SAP environment, monitoring interfaces; provide a first line of support to End Users and generally act as the subject matter expert for OTC/SCM processes and system activities.



Qualification & competencies:
WHTLM
A Bachelor's degree in a related field or other relevant work experience
Over 5 years' experience working within Order to Cash, Supply Chain Management and Logistics
Strong knowledge of internal logistics operation flow (Receiving, Inventory Management, Order Processing, Replenishment, and Shipping)
Excellent self-motivation, organizational skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure hands-on environment.
Strong stake holder management skills including negotiation and influencing
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Able to tailor communication to stakeholders
Project and change management skills
Ability to analyze and make recommendations from financial and operational data.High degree of accuracy
Ability to work in a cross functional and remote working team
Have a continuous improvement mind set
The ability to build a strong network within the local country and within the WHTLM global community
Able to manage regular travel to warehouse sites (Nordics) and to regional meetings when required
Problem-solving skills and ability to interface at senior level with business partners
Fluency in English and preferably one Scandinavian language



BPE
A Bachelor's degree in a related field or other relevant work experience
Over 5 years' experience working within Order to Cash, Supply Chain Management and logistics
Technical specialist with deep understanding of the end-to-end O2C/SCM activity, able to demonstrate deep knowledge of ERP systems and understanding of the O2C/SCM processes.
Able to demonstrate previous customer service/customer focused skills
Able to use MS Office to an intermediate standard (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong SAP system knowledge / Key User experience
Good written and oral communication skills
Must be able to demonstrate a high level of maturity at all times
High degree of accuracy
Good organization skills and ability to prioritize workload
Ability to work on own initiative (but also as part of a team) and to tight deadlines
Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks
Assertive, analytical problem solver with a can-do attitude is required
Fluency in English and preferably one Scandinavian language
