Supply Manager to Business Area OSOF

Do you have the ability and courage to lead Business and People together in order to secure the extraordinary growth plans for OSOF for the next years? As a Supply Manager we expect you to take the lead in the planning of supply of our products globally and create availability for our customers. In OSOF BA area we have an existing future ahead, relaunch of a new fantastic range offer connected to our Outdoor and Secondary storage range as well as big plans for how we lead the organizing agenda across the home connected to home organization. At the same time we explore new potentials within our IKEA family range.

You will be leading a team of highly motivated and professional team players and together with them secure that we reach our goals, develop the business and have fun together!

About the job
As Supply Manager you are responsible for leading and developing the supplying processes within the Business area on a global level. You play a key role when it comes to securing availability at the lowest supply chain cost possible in our stores for the specific range of products. Furthermore, you lead the implementation of the decided supply- and logistical action plan together with different partners in our Supply chain set up. As we are taking our first steps of entering a multi-channel retailing environment which will put new demands on our logistics, as Supply Manager we would like you to help us shape this future! You will also be part of the supply development team (the Supply Manager matrix) at IKEA of Sweden where you are contributing to new and improved ways of working.

To be successful in this role we believe that you have;
· A university degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience
· Experience from leading people and processes within Supply chain/Logistics
· Excellent communication and planning skills with a clear and structured approach
· Experience from multichannel retailing is considered a plus

IKEA Range & Supply has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply IKEA stores with home furnishing solutions available to the many people. Each year IKEA Range & Supply introduce 2,000 new products in the IKEA stores. The total range is almost 10,000 products.
