Tetra Pak Processing Components AB Tetra Pak Processing Components AB develop, manufacture and market stainless processing components, primarily for the dairy, cheese, ice cream and beverage industries.We supply these components through Tetra Pak's worldwide network of market companies, and we're 230 employees at our plant in Lund, Sweden. We need now to further strengthen our capabilities to achieve World Class Ambitions.As supply manager and part of a sourcing team, you will be responsible for a number of supplier accounts, working closely together with internal clients and suppliers to reach our objectives. Your main responsibilities will be to: .Build an attractive and reliable supplier base .Create long term relationships and make supplier agreements .Lead supplier development activities .Drive cost reduction activities We believe that you preferably have a university degree and experience from a similar position.You are confident in negotiating with suppliers and familiar with business economics as well as the technical issues.Proficiency and know-how in production technology is seen as a plus. The position requires a social, driving and target oriented personality, enthusiasm for networking and a strong ability to handle many tasks simultaneously.You need to be fluent in both written and verbal English, where other languages as e.g.Chinese are a merit.
