We offer a creative and stimulating international work environment.In order to achieve superior performance of the Component Suppliers within Supply Chain Operations Capital Equipment in terms of quality, delivery and cost we work in teams with colleagues from other functions i.e.product development, industrialization and order fulfillment for production and spare parts.

As Supply Manager you have the commercial responsibility to develop the business relations with suppliers within a selection of product groups.Some of the most important parts of the job are the responsibility for negotiations with suppliers and the overall accountability for their performance.You will also work actively with optimizing the supplier base by driving standardization and consolidation.You will get stimulation working towards set targets where you can influence the activities and results.The job will require some international travelling.

Kvalifikationer

Preferred profile for the positions is at least 3 years of technical and/or commercial experience from similar tasks, or other long-term strategic purchasing work.You preferably have a technical or economical University degree within relevant area for the positions.Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.

These positions require a high level of commercial and negotiating skills.As a person you have personal drive and are decisive with a structured holistic view and an analytical mindset.You have strong communication and social skills and have the ability to create long-term partnerships.
