Are you a proven people leader who is able to see strategic opportunities and implement them into operational excellence? We are now looking for a Supply Network Quality Manager to join our Planning & Quality team in Services Supply Network (SSN) within Tetra Pak Services.
SSN has the task to secure the best customer experience by optimizing and securing availability of spare parts, consumables and upgrades in our global network of distribution centres. By utilizing our modern logistics platform we serve customers all over the world via distribution centres in Lund, Moscow, Shanghai, Dubai, Chicago, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Chakan. Our aim is to provide unique and superior customer experience by being the undisputed industry leader in supply network.
As our Supply Network Quality Manager you will secure Quality in all we do by being responsible for quality tools, processes and mindset globally within SSN. You lead a team of 6 people and collaborate closely with other organizations within Services and Tetra Pak.
The role is full time and based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As our Supply Network Quality Manager you will join a great team and play a vital role in securing the quality agenda within SSN. The role includes:
Be part of Planning & Quality management team and leading the organisation toward our mission - provide unique and superior customer experience by being the undisputed industry leader in supply network
Build a capable, dynamic and engaged team with focus on continuous improvements and automation of processes and tools, always keeping a customer focused approach
Leading the team in terms of people & budget as well as KPI measurements and performance management
Responsible for Customer Experience process, governance and follow up
Overall responsible for governance of logistics discrepancies
Managing ISO certification for SSN, including managing relations with external audit company and securing proper execution internally
SSN local process driver for Care To Assist process, securing spare part technical issues are managed correct within SSN
We believe you have
To be successful in this position you have the ability to move between defining strategies and working hands-on. You have a good level of business understanding and enjoy working in a high pace environment. As a person you are driven, analytical, positive and have a proactive approach. You also possess excellent networking and communication skills.
Knowledge and experience in WCM methodologies and tools would be your plus.
You have strong analytical skills which are accompanied with excellent knowledge in Power BI and or other data analytics tools. Also, you have strong benchmarking and collaboration skills.
We believe that you have a university degree or equivalent from relevant area as well as experience from successfully leading people. You have practical knowledge of quality management and processes, and you are fluent in English, both verbal and written. Preferably you have experience from SAP/R3.
