Our S&OP (sales and operation) team in Huskvarna consist today of more than 30 great colleagues working to ensure the best possible value through the work done within the department. Within this department we have our planning team for Robotics & wheeled finished gods consisting of four colleagues and we’re now looking for a new colleague to cover for a maternity leave in this team. In this role you’ll be a part of a small team focused on cooperation and collaboration that works in close interaction with the whole supply chain.
By joining us you’ll be working in an international environment, an environment with many different nationalities, wide range of ages and experiences but also a equal gender distribution. The location for the position is Huskvarna but you will cooperate with people from all over the world. You will also join a culture were help is always close by if needed and a function with overall well established S&OP processes.


What you will do here
In this role your main task is to ensure best possible quality and value through our processes by being the natural spokesperson between our sales organization/distributers and our factories/suppliers. Among the most common tasks are:
Provide forecast and net demand to factories
Be in close contact with factories and inform organization on supply plans / deviations
Discuss and agree on flexibility with factories
In case bottlenecks, ensure fair supply / prioritization
Coordinate product phase in/out
Place and monitor purchase orders to factories
Inventory management RDC’s
Provide demand coordinators and demand planners with delivery information



Who you are
In order for you to be successful in this position we see that you’re a structured person since you will deal with a lot of different tasks. Since it’s not possible to plan for just about everything it’s equally important that you’re solution oriented with a big focus on collaboration so that you together with colleagues internally but also with partners externally can work to find best possible solutions.
Other requirements for the position:
University Degree and/or equivalent experience within Supply Chain.
Good English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel



Location
This position is a temporary position covering over at least 10 months and is located in Huskvarna.
