Who we are

Over the course of the past six years we have grown to a business of over 1,500 Instaboxers united by a single purpose: Providing the smoothest shipping experience known to man. We want to change the industry and not only be a part of the future, but to drive development towards it in a sustainable way. It should be easy to shop online and therefore we offer our customers a fast and smooth shipping service - all in order to make everyday life easier. We allow our customers to shop from any of our e-commerce partners and pick up their products in one of our conveniently located Instaboxes, alternatively, we offer home delivery if that's their preference. We’re really fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business.

So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, and we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. We're now looking for a Supply Planner within our purchasing department, and hopefully, that is where you come in!

What you will be doing

As a Supply Planner at Instabox you will develop and execute supply plans, determine priorities and implement strategies to reduce out-of-stock and over-stock issues. You will manage deliveries with Network Coordinators in different markets and be the link between suppliers and forwarders. You will also drive improvement projects across the Supply Chain and be responsible for the overall freight budget.

- Maintain a long-term production schedule/plan, taking into consideration forecasts and expansion plans
- Monitor monthly and weekly delivery plans and storage capacity across multiple locations
- Create inventory reports and present suggestions to the Head of Purchasing to ensure a steady flow of stock without overcapitalization


Who you are

- You have 2-3 years+ experience with a proven record in an international environment
- Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics
- You are Business-oriented, analytical and a self-directed professional with a strong drive to achieve results
- The ability to juggle multiple assignments concurrently
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
