Supply Planner

Ferrero is now looking for an experienced Supply Planner to join the Malmö-team to their new office in Hyllie. It is a permanent position reporting to Head of Supply Chain Nordics.
About the role
As our Supply Planner you will take an important role within the Nordic organization and a central part of the supply chain team. The responsibility includes many tasks as described below, and in addition you will be involved in several important forums, driving the performance through availability, punctuality, and efficiency. You will optimize the planning process and working close with different internal and external contacts to enable the business to continue growing.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Manage, coordinate and facilitate the supply planning processes and tools to support the needs of the business.
Implement processes, coordinate, facilitate and prepare for the relevant weekly meetings with sales and demand planning.
Managing optimal stock levels and prevent stock shortage.
Sales and Operations analysis.
Reconcile sales and Operation plans to the business and financial plans.
Ensure monitoring of Group KPI and product availability within Region network.
Managing the purchasing of packaging materials for the copacking activity, on behalf of marketing, directly liaising with suppliers.
Monitoring the production of documentation related to product coding (RDP process).
Manage the flow of master data between the business unit, sourcing sites and 3rd party logistics providers.
Master data creation and update in SAP for industrial and local copacking projects.
Regular update of Supply and Production Plans in APO.
Project management mainly focusing on improvements, optimization and cost efficiency.

Your qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably with major in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Transportation Management
4–7 years relevant experience
Fluency in English
Literacy in any of the Scandinavian languages is a merit
Documented skills/ experience in Excel, SAP, APO, SQL
