We're now looking for a Supply Planner, a key in our logistics chain, to cover for a parental leave ending in (end of) January. Start ASAP. You will be a part of the global Operations team that works with supply chain, product development, demand- and supply planning, logistics, production and more! They make this machinery run. This role is located at our HQ in central Stockholm.
THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN
As a Supply Planner you're in charge of directing our flow of goods around the world; ensuring that we always have enough stock on hand to serve our customers.
- Establish strong relationships and work closely with various functions within DW to properly manage inventory levels against demand and forecasts globally
- Facilitate communication with our colleagues and suppliers around the world
- Closely monitor our stock levels to support a proper balance of inventory
- Mitigate and find solutions to supply issues that arise for various reasons including overselling and production concerns or delays
- Support marketing campaigns and launches of new products to meet ship dates while avoiding out of stocks
- Follow up stock KPIs
- Drive initiatives to establish continuous improvement practices for supply chain and company performance
- Inbound logistics and transportation planning
- Support in demand planning/forecasting
- Further down the line, you will get involved in purchasing
WHO YOU ARE
You are a highly motivated person who is passionate about the field you’re in with a 'doer' mentality. Besides maintaining high standards, you also strive to develop our supply chain, even though it’s a temporary role. You’re consistently well organized and show great attention to detail, and know your ways to communicate efficiently. With your experiences, you know how to work autonomously where effective time management skills have been a success factor for you.
- Extensive work experience in supply planning
- Master's or bachelor’s degree within a relevant area
- Strong knowledge of inventory replenishment planning
- High-level proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products
- Previous experience in ERP-system, we work in NAV
- Fluent in English

ABOUT THE PROCESS
Ideally, you can start in mid-October, so you will have time for a proper handover from the (very awesome) Supply Planner you will stand in for. This means we will be fast and efficient in the recruitment process which will include both recruitment tests and a case assignment for us to objectively see that you are the right person to handle the role.
