We are now looking for two Supply Planners for a fixed term contract for 6 months with the possibility of an extension or a permanent position. As a supply planner you will be expected to ensure stock availability for a specific category of products and manage the stock of those products to meet the customer requirements.You will also be responsible for flagging any supply opportunities and risk and looking for solutions to minimize impact of any risks of Customer Service impact or obsolete stock development. Key responsibilities: - To ensure stock availability for a specific category / sub-category - Manage potential supply risks and ensure clear communication into MSO and other business partners (fluent English in writing and speech for communication with European factories and Unilever Supply Chain Company) - Execution of stock transfers - Run weekly follow up reports on delivery plans and stocks - Specialize in Obsolete stock evaluation for a specific category / subcategory - Follow up weekly case fill and reason behind losses Your background: Ideally you have working knowledge of SAP/R3 and APO.The right candidate should have a genuine interest in the Logistic area and needs to be proactive towards issues and opportunities, have the ability to build relationships and think and act across function and along processes.We also want you to be analytic and structured together with a good team spirit and good communication skills.Excellent Excel skills are crucial to provide effective evaluation of stock situations to the business.You should be passionate to work towards results and continuous improvement with a "work smarter not harder" mindset.
