Supply Planner to FMCG company

MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

We are looking for a Supply Planner to a successful international American company within consumer goods industry. You will be a part of their Nordic Head Office in Stockholm. This assignment starts in September and will last for at least six months.

Your work tasks consist of making sure the products are in stock and up to date. You will also be responsible and coordinate deliveries to customers and act as the link between the orders, production and the warehouse. The role also includes many internal and external contacts. You will continuously monitor your processes within Supply Chain and maintain, update and develop the processes in the companies system, SAP. You will also obtain and analyze reports from the system. It is therefore a plus that you have worked in SAP.

You have a degree within Finance, Marketing or Logistics and previous experience within Supply Chain. You are responsible, accurate and flexible as a person and can run your own processes. You have strong communication skills, are used to work under pressure and can handle many tasks at the same time. All communication is done in English, so it’s important that you can handle the language fluently, good Swedish language skills are an advantage.
