Valueone is looking for a Supply Planning Team Lead for a nine month assignment at a company in Kungsbacka on the Swedish west coast. The assignment is to start immediately.
The role
The role as Supply Planning Team Lead means that you will lead the supply planning team at the company. Your responsibility covers driving process improvements as well as development and deployment of Supply Planning policy and strategy.
You report to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager in Denmark.
Main tasks:
Facilitate meetings and improve processes
Leading the supply planners
Own portfolio of suppliers to purchase
Miscellaneous ad-hoc appointments, surveys etc.
Follow-up status on main KPI’s with Supply Planners
Suppliers:
Align with sourcing/category management.
Set up guidelines for suppliers logistic flow.
Align supplier performance with supply planner.
Follow-up supplier performance – escalating delivery issues.
Experience and competencies
The person we are looking for must have previous experience from a similar role and preferably a post-secondary education in supply chain, business administration or similar. Fluency in English, spoken and written is required as well as system knowledge (SLIM, ERP) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
You are a person with good leadership capability and collaboration skills. Furthermore, you are analytical and possess a commercial mindset.
