Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Supply Product Manager, do you want to take the opportunity to craft the future of technology with us?
The purpose of the job role as SuPM is to secure an efficient Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM), focusing on the supply view for a defined area however close collaboration is encouraged with partners from Product Line, PDU, and Sourcing. The product area of responsibility is within the Ericsson Radio System (ERS HW) Product Portfolio. In this role, you will ensure efficient supply, sourcing, and service ability by defining and addressing technical and non-technical requirements/opportunities based on product characteristics and strategies while considering an end-to-end supply chain perspective.
You will
Manage the product portfolio from a Supply PLCM perspective
Plan and control the product in the supply chain
Drive products and supply chain requirements and assignments
Secure products cost of sales optimization
Influence product decisions with supply contribution
You will drive Supply PLCM and Supply chain continuous improvements
Develop competence and knowledge sharing of supply and responsible product portfolio
Report to Head of Supply product management RAN Compute
To be successful in the role you must have
Technical or financial academic degree or the equivalent work experience
You will need proficient leadership skills and business understanding
Analytical abilities
Deciding and initiating actions as needed
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
Collaboration and Communication skills
Experience and interest in Data Analytics Tools like Qlik Sense or Tableau
Results-oriented and commercial thinking
Persuading and influencing
Proven Project Management and/or Product Management competence is of high importance
Competence/ knowledge in RAN Compute, Radio, Mobile Transport is beneficial
Close collaboration is encouraged with partners from Product Line, PDU, Sourcing, and Supply
