Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Supply/Demand planner. This position is responsible to define and update the supply and stock management parameters. Insure needs / resources balance for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products by managing the customer?s needs and the replenishment backlog. Insure products availabilities by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages.
Your main responsibilities
* Define and update the parameters of supply and stock management including ramp-up & ramp-down to achieve the target service level while reducing unhealthy stock and express cost / SIOP ( Master Production Schedule )
* Ensure the quality and consistency of key data: Lead Time, Quantity, Stocking policy.
* Manage the continuous needs/resources balance for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products
* Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling purchase orders)
* Measure the ISSR and ESSR (External Supplier Service Rate) and drive action plans
* Manage the backorder portfolio, the shortage and to take actions to insure the availability of product
* Define and manage the level of the parameters of supply and stock management of RM/Components according to the MPS to supply customer requirement while reducing the unhealthy stock.
Qualifications and Skills
* 3-5 years on relevant working experience
* University degree or similar
* Analytical, self-driven and goal oriented
* High skills on handle complexity
* Good IT knowledge for example: SAP, Access, MS office
* Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and in writing
