Tetra Pak Global Service Desk handles support for local IT and business oriented applications world wide.The service desk work is high paced, customer oriented and from time to time with a high volume of tasks.This is an ever changing work situation that demands high flexibility and stress tolerance.The intention is to increase the percentage of issues solved directly at first line.
We are now looking for four highly committed and energetic people for positions as Support Analyst.You will be a part of a support group of approx 15 people, supporting 10 000 users world wide.
Support analysts are often seen as a platform for future positions/roles within the IM organisation.
The tasks handled by the Service Desk involves:
- Handling inbound telephone calls, web entries and e-mail from TP business partners and log their issues in the ticket handling system
- Giving Desktop support, both software and hardware preferably via remote access.
- Handling and troubleshooting on issues related to SecureID card, web, VPN
- Creating and maintaining Domain accounts, e-Mail accounts and R/3 user accounts
- Training our users on the use of the ticket handling system
- Supporting projects/services rollout
By working in the Service Desk you will get a broad knowledge of services supported by all Service teams worldwide.A natural future step will then be to rotate to other service teams or projects.
Kvalifikationer
Experience of service desk/customer support related work involving support on IT related problems by phone and remote connection tools is valuable.You have a high IT software/hardware knowledge and genuine interest in IT solutions.Good communication skills in Swedish and English, particularly vocal skills, are required.Verbal skills in Hungarian as well as in Serbian will be considered as a merit.
Prior experience on areas such as Windows XP, Office 2003, Outlook, desktop and laptop computers are most useful as well as R/3 experience.
Areas of coming interests are web development, Java, .Net, C#, Server, Network, Unix, SMS, CAD, Finance & Accounting, IT project management.
