The service desk department handles support for local IT and business oriented applications world wide. This is an ever changing work situation that demands high flexibility and stress tolerance. You will part of a team including 60 committed analysts supporting 22000 users world wide. We are now looking for a highly committed and energetic person for the position as Support Analyst. The Service Desk handles the following tasks: - Giving desktop support, both software and hardware preferably via remote access, - Handling and troubleshooting on issues related to SecureID card, web, VPN, - Handling inbound telephone calls, web entries and e-mail from business partners and log their issues in the [[[[ticket[[handling[system, - Training users on the use of the ticket handling system [ Profile [ You have a high IT knowledge both software/hardware and a genuine interest in IT solutions. Service desk/customer support related work involving support on IT related problems by phone and remote connection tools is valuable. Experience in Windows XP, Office 2003, Outlook, desktop and laptop computers and R/3 are useful. You speak and write Italian and English.
