Job Description
Operate and monitor our client server-based gaming system: TruServtm
Communicate about support issues with B2B clients
Maintain support tickets in issue tracking system
Investigate and resolve reported support issues
Coordinate issue resolution with third parties and development teams
Create various gaming related reports


Our operation and support service are available 24/7. Hence your working time will both daytime (8-16) and evening time (16-24) according to a given scheme. Some days you will also have oncall (beredskap) during night time (00:00-08:00).

Qualifications
Previous working experience with IT-Support is a plus but not a must. Persons with limited working experience but very good IT/computer knowledge will also be considered.
Troubleshooting skills: client issues debugging, logs analysis, anomalies detection
A service-minded approach and a problem-solving attitude
Ability to work on multiple issues simultaneously
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Excellent communication skills
Advanced skills in both written and spoken English

Nice to have:
Relevant IT education
Experience working with Linux / Windows / VMware / Oracle / SQL / Nagios / Op5
Experience with issue tracking systems: Jira, ServiceNow
Experience working in a product company
Casino betting terminology and experience
Italy language
