We are looking for a consultant to work as a Support Coordinator, in the area of Digital workplace at our customer’s automotive development company.
The face outwards in the organization and giving users a good impression of O365 and SharePoint
Communication coordination of new and existing O365 services towards management, 1st and 2nd line support and end-users
Owner and moderator of the O365 learning pathways SharePoint site
Owner and moderator of the O365 learning pathways Yammer group
Support coordinator (and often solving tickets) for all incoming tickets to SharePoint & O365 specialists (3rd line support)
Monitoring of M365 services
Author of knowledge articles O365 services
Training facilitator of O365 services (managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting the training)
Coordinator of migrations from SharePoint On-prem to SharePoint Online, from H: to OneDrive
Responsible for the knowledge management within the Collaboration team
Mapping of business needs to O365 which flows in via Support Services
Keeping up to date with new releases and functionalities of M365
