Element Logic is in strong growth and to maintain the high quality and customer focus that is characteristic, they are now creating a new role in the organization, a Support Director. The role involves responsibility of the support organization which today consists of 2 direct Support Managers and 20 coworkers. We believe that this organization will duplicate and be global in a near future. The assignment is to create an efficient and customer-focused global Support organization. This include ensure process quality, resource capacity and profitability in Support for Element Logic group. You will be responsible for strategy, development of processes and concepts for the Support function. The role will report to the Global Aftermarket Director.
Main duties
• Drive and set strategy for the future technical support setup.
• Follow up and ensure that “The Element Way” is followed for all Support processes, ensure alignment across geographies
• Responsible for Customer satisfaction KPI’s for Support
• Follow up and ensure profitability in the Support services.
• Ensure that the right level of competence is recruited for all roles in the Support.
• Engage and develop the organization to meet and exceed the customer expectations.

• Develop best practice for helpdesk/support/íncident management of SW
Background & experience
• Education in logistics / IT or similar
• Experience of building and leading a support organization
• Change management
• Experience and knowledge of intralogistics, Hardware & Software,
• Experience and knowledge of setting best practice processes for helpdesk / support / Incident management
• Establish good and effective collaboration with the other sections within the company R&D (SW development), sales and management
• Fluency in Swedish or other Nordic language and English, oral and written.
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
