The job
Your duties as Support Engineer will range from helping customers install/update FossID products (which requires Linux system administration knowledge) and providing guidance or training for new customers, to solving support tickets and diving deeper into technical problems with the help of FossID’s software development team.
About you
You are a highly motivated Support Engineer with a drive of your own. You have excellent technical and communication skills as well as being a fast learner. You are also fluent in English, both in speech and writing.
