Support Engineer

Looking to reinforce our Technical operations team, that enables our Development organization to become as efficient and autonomous as possible.

We are looking for a person that has a fundamental interest in technology and loves understanding applications from a technical perspective. The person also needs to share Future Orderings view of great and modern Technical Support when providing support for a complex platform.

You will become a member in the Operations team and work close together as experiences and responsibilities overlap. The role and tasks are meant to give you individual freedom to you as how the role develops as Future Orderings grows.

Tasks:

- Create, find and document methods for error searching and solving from symptom to responsible technical party.
- Identify and implement technical solutions creating possibility to identify problems earlier.
- Develop methods to automate Testing, Deployment, Configuration, Infrastructure, Identifying issues and much more.
- Create Self-service documentation for our customers, regarding problems solvable by the customer.


Requirements:

- Knowledge and experience with basic programming.
- Fundamental technical interest.
- Clear communication skills.
- Not deterred by change.


Nice to have:

- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud's infrastructure
- Knowledge of DevOps processes and it's methodologies
- Knowledge of ITIL Processes
