Do you want to work for the world's leading cyber security company in a junior support role? Right now, we're looking for a Business Operations Support Engineer for a busy Gothenburg office.
About the role
In this role, you will be part of an established internal support function of five colleagues that are based in other offices around the world. It is a fast-paced environment and you will play an important role in the day-to-day infrastructure and workflow.
The role of Business Operations Support Engineer is new to the office in Gothenburg but since it was previously divided between different people the knowledge and skills are there to ensure a seamless introduction and onboarding. This process will also entail travelling to the headquarters in Boston to meet your nearest colleagues.
You will work with several different tasks which include:
End-user technical solution management
Creation and maintenance of user accounts, groups, and access management
Troubleshoot and support end-user technical and application issues
Create and maintain documentation for end-user technical processes and management
Provide front-line support to associates both locally and overseas
Assist and collaborate with Business Operations and other teams to support information technology operations and initiatives

Your profile
In this position, the most important thing is your personality! You don’t have to have more than a couple of years of experience in a similar position. The most important thing is that you are eager to learn. In this role, you will be the go-to person when it comes to keeping up the workflow on-site in the Gothenburg office and must tackle various and sometimes sudden tasks at a high tempo, therefore we believe you are a “doer” with a flexible and accommodating mindset.
