support engineer with sharepoint focus in gothenburg

Job description
Randstad Technologies is now looking for a support engineer to one of our clients. They need to expand their support team with a new member with a special focus on SharePoint. Outside of the daily tasks such as handling tickets within client support, software and hardware, you will also be the go-to person for SharePoint. You will educate in, set-up and re-organize SharePoint online as well enhancing the structure and maintain a clean build of the environment.

Responsibilities
2nd line support



All things SharePoint (set up, maintenance, education, on-boarding, off-boarding, improvements etc.) 


Qualifications
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience as a support engineer and excellent knowledge in SharePoint online and Teams.
 
Our client is fast-growing and if you have experience from a similar organization that is a bonus.
  
You also need to have a great overall knowledge in IT as well as great knowledge in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
 
You need to know your way around PowerShell and Power Automate.
  
We are looking for someone who is first and foremost a team player. Someone who likes to share ideas and learn from other, who can lend a helping hand and isn’t afraid to ask for help when needed.
 
For this positon you’ll need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
