Lead the support team towards best-in-class customer service.
Every day Scania Financial Process Center helps Scania to process invoices. It is an European shared service organisation with a passion for delivering a great service experience. As Support Manager, you will report to the Director and be responsible for the daily management/operations of the team’s work tasks and to develop the next generation support.
More specifically your tasks will be to:
Ensure customer satisfaction
Set up KPI’s together with Service Managers
Develop a global support function in close collaboration with regions, sub-regions and local country
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelors’ in business administration or engineering, or the equivalent experience gained from a working career. You are an experienced leader that have at least two to three years’ experience of managing customer services.

You are an inspiring motivator with the abilities to lead and communicate in a matrix organization, while planning ahead and bringing our processes to the next level. You have a passion for customer service, a detail orientation and the ability to communicate with customers and co-workers on many different levels.
To succeed in this role, you need to be able to communicate effortlessly in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
It is a plus to have experience in finance and controlling and specifically AP and AR.
