About the job:
The purpose of the job is to provide high quality customer service for all our customers spread across the world.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Receive and dispose incoming requests through phone, email and Calabrio Success Center website
Act as “Queue Captain” by ensuring cases are assigned when needed to maintain SLA adherence
Create cases in Salesforce with data provided by Customer/Partner
Facilitate communication and engage internal teams to best serve Calabrio’s Customers/Partners as appropriate
Create, update, and maintain accurate information in Salesforce
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
Review current processes for improvement opportunities and updates
Lead and/or participate in projects across the organization to implement or update tools and processes
About you:
You have a customer and service-oriented mindset
You have excellent communication skills both verbally and in written, in English. Knowledge in Swedish is considered advantageous
Understanding of support processes and best practices
You have the flexibility to adapt to different situations and to different cultures
You have excellent IT skills and good technical understanding
Experience using Salesforce is highly advantageous
You have an academic degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
