Alfa Laval develops, manufactures and sells special products and world-class technical solutions that help our customers optimize the performance of their processes.Time and time again.Our equipment and systems create solutions for heating, cooling, separation and fluid handling of products such as oil, chemicals, water, beverages, foodstuffs, starch and pharmaceuticals.Alfa Laval has approximately 9,500 employees in more than 50 countries covering over 100 markets.We have just created a new Alfa Laval with a new spirit and a strong focus, that will reinforce our position as a global leader within the areas where we operate.Our solid base is our shared goals and values.We are customer oriented.We dare to do things differently.We are open, informal and flexible.We create reliable and cost-efficient solutions.We are a totally new company, founded in 1883.One4AL is a totally integrated order handling and invoicing system.When it is fully implemented it will be able to handle all the processes from quote to cash needed for the connected Alfa Laval sales companies.One4AL Support is a part of the Shared Service organisation in Alfa Laval Europe AB.We are looking for a support operator who will work in the One4AL Support team as a substitute for parental leave.The position is for approximately one year.The task is to : .[Give a high quality support to the users in all the 15 European sales companies that are connected to the One4AL system..[Help the users to utilise the system in the most optimal way..[Handle incidents and requests in our support system Peregrine..[Perform acceptance test of requests and incident resolutions..[Be a member in the on duty schedule to be able to supply support all European working days between 07.00 and 18.00 CET every third week..[Write user instructions.We are looking for you who are interested in learning everything about Alfa Laval's organisation, the One4AL system and all related processes.Being a member of One4AL support requires a big understanding of how Alfa Laval works, how we are organised and all different business processes that are related to One4AL.We are communicating with people from all parts of the organisation.Our main contacts are the local super users at the sales companies but we also have frequent contact with all connected supplying entities and the central IT/IS organisation.[Requirements: You need to: Have a big interest in support work and obtaining good relations with our users.Be very service minded.Have good skills in communication both verbally and in writing.Have good skills in troubleshooting and understanding processes.Have to be use to work with different computer systems and have good skills in Microsoft Office.Be fluent in English both verbally and in writhing.
