We are now hiring a Support & Repair Technician to our AM/OE division, based in Vikmanshyttan, Dalarna.
What you do
You provide world class technical support, troubleshooting and repairs to our customers within Aftermarket and Original Equipment. You will manage incoming cases through our different channels in our CRM system, for example phone, web portal, email, apps, and social media. Furthermore, you will resolve and administrate complaints, provide appropriate solutions as well as alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
Who you are
You are passionate about technology, and to help and interact with others. You like to explore technical solutions and are eager to learn and develop, you are on the verge of a tech nerd. It is essential that you have a positive attitude, see opportunities and drive for solutions and you take own initiatives in a start-up environment. You are also good at prioritizing and easily adapt.
Your skills
It is essential that you have previous experience in a technical support and electronics repair role. We prefer that you have experience in DC/DC charging, electrical vehicle systems and battery charging. You have High school education within relevant field, (technical, power and energy or similar) or equivalent experience. Fluent (oral and written) in Swedish and English is mandatory, German is an advantage.
