Academic Work is looking for a Support Sales Representative to one of our customers. The customer is a world leader in enterprise infrastructure software, delivering powerful standards-based platforms for building enterprise applications and managing Service-Oriented Architectures even in heterogeneous IT environments. As a Support Sales Representative you provide a proactive and sales driven approach towards maximizing the support renewal revenue and customer satisfaction for a specified geography or vertical market. To be the trusted advisor for other departments requiring customer information pertaining to revenues, support and license information. Dutys as a Sales Representative FINANCIAL REPORTING AND RESPONSIBILITIES . Ensure Revenue and Contract Value Targets are met for a designated region and where appropriate vertical market. .Maintains accurate Siebel/BEAR for reporting purposes, maintaining accurate CV and Revenue figures for all renewals. EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES .Ability to interpret complex customer contracts and the impact on any renewal business. .Generate and distribute accurate support renewal quotes/invoices to existing customer base in an assigned area and is a point of contact for that region. Ensuring that customer accepts and authorizes all quotes following up with a PO, or similar authorization to renew. Ensuring that all back up information for renewals is archived. VERTICAL SALES TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES .Attend regular vertical sales meetings, becoming a member of the virtual team, and increasing knowledge of future support contracts. .Keep in contact with sales reps to ensure sales and renewals efforts are aligned. We are looking for a person who is good at interacting with many people. You are self-motivated and able to take own initiatives. It is of great importance that you understand Norweigan and Danish and that you write and speak fluent English. Most importantly is that you are oriented towards selling and has at least one year of experience in the area. This position will include some travel.. App. 4-8 days per quarter.
