Support specialist

Do you have a passion for customer service and IT-systems? Do you have a strong drive and willingness to learn new things? If so, then you might be the one we are looking for.

We are looking for a dedicated Support Specialist to work primarily with 3rd line support for our HR-system Aditro HR. You will be the link between our Customer Success-department and the Product Development Team and work closely with several different stakeholders across the Nordic countries.

 

Your work 

Your work will primarily be centered around 3rd line support for our master data module and our products for Talent Management and you will be a part of our Product Management Team. Your main responsibility will be to handle customer tickets in our CRM-system, review possible solutions and if needed cooperate with concerned development teams to reach a solution. You will also be a key player in ensuring that we have a solid and smooth support process and high customer satisfaction. In addition to handling customer requests you will also take an active part in our product development by assisting with user acceptance testing and product documentation.

Along with our own products your tools of the trade will be our CRM-system ServiceNow and various Microsoft products like Teams and Azure.

   

About you 

We think that you might have a background in IT or HR. Perhaps you have been working for a couple of years within IT with complex system support or have a background working as an administrator or Super User for an HR System. We pride ourselves in understanding the needs of our customers so previous experience of HR Systems and an understanding of HR-processes is an advantage but not an absolute requirement.

As a person you have good analytical skills combined with a strong ability to learn and put new skills into practice. We also expect you to be a good communicator and communicate efficiently with our technical teams and our customers and provide customer guidance and support in a structured and coherent way.

You will belong to the Product Management team with nine immediate colleagues with a wide spread of experiences, areas of expertise and competences. We have an open and accepting environment and encourage each team member to take initiative, bring up their own ideas and suggestions and explore the options.
