Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Support specialist with expertise and experience in Mac in an enterprise environment, as well as user support regarding mobile phones and its software.

What you'll do:
● Provide user support and case management as part of daily work routine.
● Working in management tools like Workspace One and Intune along with using JAMF.
● Diagnosing and repairing desktop and laptop with both software and hardware faults.
● Setting up and installing new machines and stripping down laptops or PCs and rebuilding their systems.
● Apple Mac repairs including iPad, iPhones and computer repairs along being responsible for ordering and stocking of computer parts.
● Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
● Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel, verify functionality of hardware and software components.
● Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and by phone.
Who you are:
● Candidate should possess experience of Mac and mobile phones in an enterprise environment.
● Competence and experience with management tools such as Workspace One, Intune, JAMF.
● Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills of Swedish and English language.
● Proven exceptional technical expertise and service oriented.
● Superior working knowledge of computer systems, Time and task management skills and communication skills.
● Extensive knowledge of computer software and must be a team player to work with.
