About the role

In the role of Support specialist you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of different service-related matters through phone and email. SCANIAs services are provided in a professional and personal way, and with a service minded attitude. You will both be able to work independently and together with the team, other colleagues, suppliers and customers. In the role of Support specialist you will get a fantastic opportunity to get in touch with many different parts of Scania, not only in Sweden but also in many other countries, primarily in Europe.

In your role as Support specialist your main tasks will include:
- Answer complex queries and service requests through phone and e-mail
- Investigate complex deviations
- Perform analysis and solve problems

This is a consulting assignment starting immediately and will be ongoing until further notice.

About you

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor´s degree or work experience that we consider equivalent. You have two years of experience in Accounts Payable and Collections or similar administrative work. It is also desirable that you have worked with applications such as Oracle, Baseware or equivalent systems.

Furthermore, we see that you have a high ability to organize work and to work in a structured way. Your drive and self-management comes natural and you are analytical with a creative mind. You are experienced in Customer Service related roles and/or has been working with external suppliers.

Important for the role:
- Problem solver with high ability to organize and work in a structured way
- Have worked in applications as Oracle, Baseware or equivalent systems
- Excellent language skills in Swedish and English and are strong in written and oral communication

It is great if you also have the skills in, or experience from:
- RPA/digitalization
- Agile ways of working
- Very good skills in other European languages
