We are looking for a Support Technician who has experience in helping small companies in optimizing their internal and external processes by using software tools and/or services. After going through the processes in their current state we expect the Support Technician to guide our customer to more optimal solutions.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience with similar projects
Good knowledge of special and general software that is available or how to find it.
Good technological knowledge of hardware and mobile devices.
Used to handle customers.
