Job description and key responsibilities
We are now looking for a Customer Support Technician to strengthen our Nordic Support team. As a Support Technician at Grassfish you will work in a tight working support team with a high variety of customer tickets. You will communicate directly with our customers via phone and email, troubleshoot and solve issues on a daily basis and maintain the customer's journey with high-quality support.
We have platforms that base themselves on Microsoft Windows computers along with internal screen players (NUC). This means we deal mainly with both hardware and software in a computer environment.
Experience in Windows environment is mandatory.
The job includes telephone and email support between 8-17 weekdays. With lunch 12-13.

The person we are looking for is a service-minded colleague with the following perks:
