As a support technician, you will be the face of the company and have a lot of contact with the users of the business. We are looking for a person who can provide technical assistance to customers while making them feel well taken care of. Your duties will include answering calls, chat messages and emails and guiding customers through their issues through guidance or remote control.

Responsibilities
As a Support Technician you will be a valuable member of our Service Desk team. You will be the one who receives and handles incoming cases through phone, chat or e-mails. By guiding the users or remotely controlling their devices, you will solve technical challenges and help them in the best possible way. You will be the face of the company and have regular contact with the users. If necessary, you will collaborate with our competent 2nd line team to ensure smooth case management. The best of all is that you will work in modern and comfortable premises in central Helsingborg. There you will thrive and enjoy providing outstanding support to our users.

Qualifications


Knowledge within the Windows & Office package
General knowledge of PCs/printers/accessories
Fluent in English

A big plus if you have experience in the following areas: 
Customer service/support experience
Active Directory
Exchange/Citrix
Case management system/ITIL
