BRP Systems are currently seeking an IT Support Technician for one of our Customer Success teams.

BRP Systems is a product development company with headquarters in Linköping where the company was founded. We have around 100 employees, and our solutions are available at more than 2,000 facilities in ten countries - making our products reach more than 3,5 million end-users.
If you have ever booked yourself a spinning or PT class or checked in at your gym at the front desk, you have probably used our products as an end consumer. When you extended your gym card subscription or made a payment, the receptionist was then also working within our systems. BRP develops and offers software solutions to customers within the fitness industry, and we are the leading supplier in the Nordics.
Responsibilities
In the role as support technician at BRP you have great responsibility for one of our main objectives – happy and satisfied customers. Your focus will be to help with troubleshooting, user-questions, and easier installations/configurations. The role offers a great variety thanks to the combination of different support areas such as hardware and economics.
The job offers both 1st and 2nd line-support and the overall responsibilities are:
answering incoming customer calls
manage mail- and ticket system
troubleshooting, both system and hardware
Some standby duty is included in the job
Skills
We are looking for a person who have an interest in technology and IT. It is an advantage if you have broad experience from working within the IT sector, preferably in technical roles with troubleshooting and support. It’s a plus if you have private interest in computers and technology. We also want you to have:
Basic IT knowledge
basic knowledge in corporate finances
Experience of 1st or 2nd line support
Fluency in Swedish and English
It is meritorious if you have basic financial skills
Qualifications
This role offers technical challenges together with a lot of customer contact and some administrative work. Therefore, we are seeking you who are good at prioritizing and can be flexible when things change quickly. You need to have excellent communication skills together with a service minded approach.
