support technician for upgrading project

Job description
Randstad Technologies are now looking for a senior support technician for a project with one of our clients. They are upgrading going into the hyper care phase of an upgrade and needs an additional resource. Here you will work in a global project in a multi-cultural environment, helping end users adapting to the newest updates.


The assignment starts as soon as possible.


Our client work in a hybrid environment where you can work remotely 2 days a week, the other days you’ll spend at their office in Gothenburg, about 10 minutes from the central station with bus, tram, train or bike!

Responsibilities
You will work close with the global IT-team, and help end users with queries related to a OS and Office-update. 

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates that have experience from larger companies. Technically you are on team Windows/Microsoft and feel confident in that environment. 


For this project, it is important that you have a good way with the end users, being service minded and good at teaching and explaining new functions and features.  


To qualify for the position you need to be fluent in English and able to start immediately.

Experience
At least three years’ experience from IT-support.
