Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Support Technician who has experience in Mac to be part of our organisation.

What you'll do:
● Diagnosing and repairing desktop and laptop with both software and hardware faults.
● Setting up and installing new machines and stripping down laptops or PCs and rebuilding their systems.
● Repairing motherboards and upgrading firmware and performing data recovery.
● Software and system repairs including installations, upgrades, and virus cleaning.
● Apple Mac repairs including iPad, iPhones and computer repairs along being responsible for ordering and stocking of computer parts.
● Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
● Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel, verify functionality of hardware and software components.
● Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and by phone.
Who you are:
● Candidate should possess Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or equivalent.
● Must possess problem-solving skills, active listening skills, knowledge data storage and data recovery.
● Proven exceptional technical expertise and service oriented.
● Superior working knowledge of computer systems, Time and task management skills and communication skills.
● Extensive knowledge of computer software, and must be a team player to work with.
