To our office in central Stockholm we are hiring a support technician. The primary task is to assist our customers and partners with technical support. The job also includes maintenance, configuration and routines related to TrustWeaver?s cloud service. The employment is full time.
You have a degree from a technical high school or equivalent. Since you will have several contacts with international customers excellent skills in English are mandatory. Language skills in Russian, Turkish, Chinese, or Spanish are also beneficial. We are hoping that you are a social yet methodical and accurate person who is passionate about customer support. Experience from working with customer support or operations is useful, but you may also have graduated recently from school. Technically speaking you should have a strong interest or experience in IT-security, Web Services, SQL databases, and have basic programming skills.
In addition to working with customer support, you will be working closely together with our consulting, operations and engineering teams. The pace will sometimes be high, but the job will be stimulating and developing. You will be working with persons who are world-leading in developing cloud services for compliance.
