Support Technicians with interest in Machine Learning

Are you interested in taking part in developing a deep tech startup on a mission of making AI accessible to more people? Do you love to see technology making impact on productivity, climate and wellbeing of people and society at-large?
What will you do:
Support customers on their needs and help them navigate our platform MIRANDA.
Support internal development efforts and internal Data Science projects.
Help with testing of the platform
Assist in customer assignments
Contribute to building, iterating, evaluating, and shipping machine learning models by assisting our Data Scientists
Produce efficient, reliable and readable documentation with high quality

What we are looking for in an ideal candidate:
Strong IT knowledge
Experience in Customer-facing roles
Detail-oriented and solution-minded
Eager to learn and get your hands dirty wherever is needed
You have experience in Big Data, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
You have experience working with ML solutions
You should have excellent analytical skills
Good language skills in written and spoken English
Software engineering and designing skills
Previous experience with MedTech industry, working with Diabetes type I prediction.
