Support/NOC-technician to Piab located in Täby
About the position
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our world class IT team at our headquarters in Täby, Sweden to work with our next generation IT infrastructure. We are a global team primarily based in Täby and the US with other global support resources.
As a support technician you will be providing first line support to our global organization. Areas of responsibility will include;
• Network and system performance, maintain, adjust and plan for future improvements
• Recommend changes to improve IT-infrastructure, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes
• Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
• Implement/maintain asset/inventory management tool(s)
• Perform installation, configuration, and support of our LAN, WAN, and Internet systems
• Implement and operate system monitoring tools to track potential issues and maintain uptime
• Stay updated of advances in IT, identify which new technologies would benefit our environment, research the identified technology, and implement it or recommend its implementation
• Maintaining proper control records and documentation

We seek an energetic and highly motivated self-starter with an assertive character and a hands-on approach who aspires to being a key contributor in a dynamic team environment. You should enjoy taking on new challenges and be able to work with and learn multiple technologies. You should have the ability to research, comprehend and implement solutions by one-self or in a team.

We like to see that you have 2-3 years relevant experience working with IT operations in a Microsoft environment:
• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience managing PC's and mobile devices in a corporate environment
• General network knowledge
• As we are a global company it is vital that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
