SURFACE DESIGNER TO TECH CUSTOMER IN STOCKHOLM

Kvalifikationer
- Degree or higher-level qualification in appropriate field such as Industrial Design or Design Engineer education.
- ICEM Surf (required, minimum 5 years experience)
- 5+ years of Professional Product Design experience.
- A proven track record of excellent performance in previous positions.
- Willingness to travel and represent the Design Team in Multi-Functional meetings.
- Fluency in English. Other European languages are a benefit.
- Experience in Catia is preferably.

Job Description
For our tech customer we are looking for a Surface Designer to work at the Product And Service Design department. You will be part of a talented team of different roles and your main tasks will be to use appropriate and effective functional design skills to provide class A digital surfaces for production, provide the best possible digital surfaces for production, based on measuring points, CAD models, physical models and sketches that meet or exceed the needs of internal and external customers. You will define technical opportunities and constraints and support choices for appropriate production technology, materials and finishes (in partnership with other competencies) and ensure that all surfaces produced meet the predefined levels of design quality. In this role you will report to the Design Manager and NUFO Leader.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start 2021-09-01 and the assignment is expected to run until June 2022, with possibility of extension.
