One of the world's leading IT companies is looking for a Surface Partner Support that will join their team who's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.

Start date: July 1st 2023 preferred, this is a permanent employment with a six month probation period

Location: Regeringsgatan 25 and Drottninggatan 33, Sweden



About the role

Market Partner is looking for a team member for the role as Surface Partner Support. The role is part of a team that is helping our client that is one of the world’s leading IT companies. This is an exciting role with multiple interactions both internally as well as externally with customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to Surface authorized distributors, authorized resellers as well as Surface partners managed via distribution. The support includes marketing support, sales and inventory reporting, readiness on latest offers and programs, and more.

The role is a critical support function for the organization, supporting internal teams across the whole company with crucial day-to-day activities.



Who you are

- Swedish speaker and fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Self-starter, eager to learn and a can-do attitude

- Understanding and experience of business development, sales & support

- Previous experience working in the IT-industry is considered a plus

- Previous experience working with Microsoft Office applications is a plus
