Are you the one who will make Kragerø even a little warmer this summer? We are Tollboden Hotel and Restaurant. Many call us Kragerø's heart. We are located right on the pier, right where people thrive best. And now we need you for a few months. Inside the kitchen, our chefs bake delicious pizza that reminds of scents from Naples. Our wine cellar is also quite famous. It's here, in the enchanted summer mood, we need you. But who are you really? Are you a trained waiter? Or almost finished student? For us, it doesn't matter. Responsibilities
-Manage food prep activities and mise en place as indicated by the head chef
-Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and following our HACCP plan
-Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi
Requirements and skills
-Work experience as a Sushi Chef or at an Asian profiled restaurant
-Good knowledge of various sushi / Asian cuisine and techniques
-Ability to work both fast and accurately
-Team spirit
-Flexibility to take on various shifts
-Certification from a culinary school is a plus
