You can be an experienced Sushi Chef but we do things our way so you need to be open minded and eager to learn new ways and skills.
Sushi is about technique, tradition and precision and you must be meticulous and highly skilled to keep up with the pace in our kitchens. We love Chefs who can thrive in a kitchen full of pride, innovation, pace and good energy. Chefs with passion for life, big smiles and a burning desire to serve fantastic food that exceeds expectations.
Required skills
The right attitude is a must but also experience from sushi making and being a team player.
About Sushi Rebellion
Since 2019 we have served high-quality, fresh, traditional sushi and street food dishes; all with a rebellious twist. One of our part owners and Executive chef is Sushi World Champion (2013/Japan) Pepi Anevski. He is responsible for our internal sushi school where we train new chefs to our standards.
Our mission is to take sushi and people to another level.
