I am Jolene (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jolene-tayyar-b1191815/), your potential next leader. I came to Sweden alone at the age of 16 from Iran. Already then, I knew that I wanted a higher education in technology. Since 2007, I have a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. I have worked as a software engineer, Project manager, Account manager, and now Regional Manager. I believe that for both company and people to grow, you need to be a great coach, work with diversity and work as a team. What will you work with?
You will work internally and externally with our strategy to accelerate the development of more sustainable products and services. You will focus on how to make the transition to a circular economy and solve sustainability issues from a digital perspective. You will create the agenda for more sustainable product development with your perspective from edge computing, software development, automation, or electronic design. What you need to bring
- Experience from a project focusing on developing sustainable products and services
- University exam in a relevant area
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of hardware and software development
